The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to regulate the use of the Tuong Tuong website. Browsing the website and/or purchasing any product through it implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Our website, www.tuongtuong.pt, is the property of Maria Fernanda Ferreira Azuaje-Fidalgo (ENI), with address at Rua 1º de Maio, nº 56, 2º frente, 3830-568 Gafanha da Nazaré, with VAT number (NIF) 243624301 and owner of the trademark Tuong Tuong Company.

 

  • Scope

These Terms and Conditions regulate the visit/browsing and the purchase and sale operations carried out in the online store, as well as in the social networks, between any natural person who uses it for purely personal purposes. You undertake to use this website and/or networks in compliance with the provisions of the applicable legislation, refraining from using the page for activities contrary to the law, morals and good customs, or the rights and interests of third parties.

 

  • Amendments to these conditions

Tuong Tuong reserves the right to freely modify the Terms and Conditions at any time in order to adapt them to the applicable legislation, without the need for any prior notice.


It also reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and content of the website regarding products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services. These modifications will serve to improve the conditions of the website, such as the services provided to the client and/or user.


Although every care is taken in preparing the content, the information, texts, graphic documents and/or other services may contain errors or be incomplete. In these situations Tuong Tuong cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the website, including damage caused by viruses or any flaw in the information.


Likewise, Tuong Tuong reserves the right to remove any comment it deems inappropriate and is not responsible for the opinions expressed by users of its website and/or networks through comments.

 

  • Applicable legislation

The use of this website and/or networks, and all contracts for the purchase or provision of services arising therefrom, are governed by Portuguese law.

 

  • Intellectual property

All texts, images, videos or expressions disseminated through publications, e-mails, messages or other platforms used by Tuong Tuong are protected by Copyright and Related Rights.

 

  • Purchase process

To make a purchase you need to follow these steps:

Cart - Place the desired products in the shopping cart;

Information - Fill in the form with all the information requested;

Shipping - Choose the most suitable shipping method;

Payment - Choose the most suitable payment method. 

Following this process, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming their order. After confirmation of full payment, your order will be prepared and shipped.

 

  • Pricing

All prices shown in the online store are in euros (€) and are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legal rate in force. This amount is always included in the prices shown.

 

  • Payment methods

The payment methods in the online store are as follows:

No other means of payment other than those set out in the previous lines will be accepted. If any other means of payment is used, Tuong Tuong cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damage that may result.

 

  • Shipping

Shipments are only made to mainland Portugal and the islands, via CTT (Registered Mail).

All shipping costs are borne by the customer, with the exception of purchases over €50, where shipping is free to mainland Portugal and the islands.

The shipping cost will be shown in the purchase process after filling in the customer information and shipping form.

If the order exceeds 2 kilos, it will be sent by CTT Express.

 

Shipping costs:

Registered Mail (20g / 100g) - 3,35€

Registered Mail (101g / 500g) - 3,95€

Registered Mail (501g / 2000g) - 6,50€

Purchases over 50€ - FREE SHIPPING

 

Delivery time Registered mail:

1/2 working days - Mainland Portugal

3/4 working days - Islands (Azores and Madeira)

 

This time corresponds to the time stipulated by CTT, which may change due to the company's transportation limitations.

We want to ship your orders quickly, so all orders that enter our system, with full payment, by 10am will be shipped the same day. After this time, shipment will be made on the next working day.

If for any reason there is a failure in the shipping process, the customer will be duly informed.

 

  • Exchanges and Returns

As stipulated by law, the customer has 14 calendar days after receiving their order to return it, without having to justify the reason.

To make your exchange or return, please contact us by e-mail at TuongTuongCompany@gmail.com and wait for our reply. After our reply, you must send the product to our address - Rua 1º de Maio, nº 56, 2º frente 3830-568 Gafanha da Nazaré, within the indicated time limit.

If the shipment is made before our reply, Tuong Tuong cannot be held responsible for it.

Exchanges or returns must be sent in their original packaging and show no signs of use; if this is not the case, it will not be possible to proceed with the exchange or return.

Upon receipt of the products, the respective product will be exchanged and re-shipped and, in the case of returns, the customer will be refunded.

In the event of an exchange, Tuong Tuong will be responsible for the new shipping costs.

In the case of a return, the refund corresponds to the total value of your order plus the shipping cost at the time of purchase, and will be made via the same means by which the payment was made by the customer. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

 

  • Consumer rights

Customers have the right to lodge complaints and use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. To this end, and to facilitate communication at any time, the customer can contact us via the following e-mail address:

Under the terms of the legislation in force, if the goods do not conform to the contract, the consumer has the right to have them repaired or replaced free of charge, to have the price reduced appropriately or to have the contract terminated. The consumer must report the lack of conformity no later than two months after its detection and may exercise the rights described when the lack of conformity becomes apparent within a period of up to two years after delivery of the goods.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer can turn to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body, as provided for in Law no. 144/2015.
